The second annual KnoxWalls Murals & Music Festival puts ten muralists in live competition on 8′x8′ panels, with music across the afternoon and the businesses of Emory Place open around them.
Attendees vote. First and second place win permanent mural commissions. Every panel goes to online auction afterward, with proceeds split between the artists and the Dogwood Arts Mural Program.
